Calif. fire could force 23,000 more to flee

At least 75 homes have been destroyed by a wildfire that has raged for four days in Santa Barbara, Calif. on Friday.<br /><br />Fire officials have more than doubled their estimate of how many acres have burned in a wildfire raging along mountain slopes above Santa Barbara.
