A smitten fan joined Miley Cyrus on stage during a recent concert to benefit cancer research.
The fan, a young cancer patient, smiled as she sang along to Cyrus's song "The Climb." In the midst of her 55-city Wonder World tour, Cyrus performed the tune -- from the soundtrack to her 'Hannah Montana: The Movie' -- at the annual Concert for Hope in Los Angeles.
